Here's the recipe for all of you who still have Easter Eggs left:
6 boiled eggs
3 TBS Mayo
1/2 tsp Mustard (dijon or yellow)
Paprika (for sprinkling)
Cut the eggs in half lenghtwise, and empty the yolks into a small bowl. Set the whites aside.
Mix the mayo and the mustard with the yolks.
Scoop the yolks back into the egg halves, and sprinkle with paprika.
